Frozen vine leaves (grape leaves, Vitis vinifera) are a specialty product with strong demand in Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and Eastern European markets for use in traditional dishes such as dolma, warak enab, and sarma. Egyptian IQF frozen vine leaves are harvested from selected vineyards during the optimal leaf size and tenderness window, processed quickly to preserve their characteristic flavor and flexibility, and individually quick frozen to maintain quality through frozen storage and export.
